Plain-language service terms
Terms of use
By creating an account or playing Raidstead, you agree to these terms and the published game rules.
1. The service
Raidstead is a persistent browser strategy game offered on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, balance, schedules, world state, and availability may change. Maintenance, faults, security incidents, or world resets may interrupt play or remove progress.
2. Your account
You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity through your account. Account access is a revocable permission, not ownership of server data.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the game rules and must not attack the service, probe private infrastructure, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload malicious content, or use the game for unlawful purposes.
4. Game progress and virtual items
Villages, troops, resources, premium time, rankings, and other game state have no cash value and may not be sold between players. Registration and normal play are currently free. If a paid offer is introduced, its price and purchase terms must be shown clearly before payment.
5. Moderation and termination
Raidstead may restrict or close accounts to enforce these terms, protect players, preserve fair competition, or secure the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may use available account deletion controls.
6. Availability and liability
No promise is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for indirect loss, lost progress, lost opportunity, or damage caused by events outside reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates apply when published here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
